We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The breakfast was fantastic with a freshly made omelet that was super tasty, and the swimming pool area was lovely and relaxing. We loved our spacious, clean room with a huge bath that made our evenings feel luxurious. We will definitely choose this place again without hesitation.

The air conditioning barely worked and the gym offered limited equipment!!! Housekeeping seemed inconsistent, with items not replaced promptly. Also, the pool area was windy and not very comfortable for lounging!!!

Despite claiming to have mountain views, the absence of actual mountains felt misleading, resulting in a lack of that 'premium' ambiance experienced in other hotels. Housekeeping skipped replacing the basics like shower gel and mugs, leading to some inconvenience. The gym's restrictive space houses minimal equipment, making it a challenge for fitness enthusiasts. Not to mention, breakfast items often arrived lukewarm with limited variety. the fruit selection felt repetitive, and eggs underscooked. The pool area lacked sufficient seating and promised a struggle during peak times when sunbeds filled up quickly.

The room was lovely with a really comfy bed, and the location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the main square. However, the breakfast was just average for the price and the staff were slow to clear dirty plates. Also, the pool area could have been cleaner as items were left from previous guests, which detracted from the experience.

The hotel has a great location just a short walk from the city center and offers a lovely pool area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. However, the restaurant situation was less than ideal due to a large group taking over the space during my visit.

I spent three nights at Crowne Plaza in Montpellier. The location is good, just a short walk to the city center. WiFi connection worked perfectly. The breakfast offered a good variety, though I found the quality somewhat inconsistent on different days. Room temperature was a big issue. my air conditioning didn’t work, making the room uncomfortably hot. Since the window couldn't open, it felt stuffy. Bed comfort was decent, which helped a bit. Housekeeping kept the room clean but missed addressing my requests for different pillows. Staff were friendly, but some were unresponsive to complaints, especially regarding the temperature issues. The gym was a bit limited but clean. Overall, the stay was fine but with noticeable flaws that could be fixed.
